Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of experience in restaurant management or similar role preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication abilities
- Commitment to maintaining food safety and operational standards
- Positive attitude and ability to motivate and build team culture
