Job Duties
- You will be responsible for ensuring high operational standards while cultivating a winning culture for both team members and guests
- Lead daily operations to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
- Uphold and model Chick-fil-A’s high standards in food quality, speed of service, and hospitality
- Coach and develop leaders and team members to deliver a remarkable guest experience
- Monitor and manage labor, food cost, and inventory to meet financial goals
- Oversee execution of systems, policies, and training procedures
- Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement
- Resolve guest concerns with urgency and empathy
- Ensure compliance with all food safety and operational policies
