The Restaurant Manager position at Jack in the Box is a pivotal role responsible for managing the overall operations of an individual restaurant unit. Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- high school diploma or equivalent
- completion of Restaurant Manager training classes
- ServSafe certification
- minimum 1+ years experience as Associate Manager or 2 years as First Assistant Manager for internal promote
- minimum 3 years managing a service concept with full P&L responsibility for external recruit
- must be 100% certified in all workstations
- ability to speak, read, and write English effectively
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- strong math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- proven analytical and organizational skills
- ability to work under pressure and handle conflict effectively
- valid driver's license and insurance
- ability to lift and carry 10-65 lbs
- ability to stand and walk 85%-95% of shift
- physical ability to operate restaurant equipment and drive a motor vehicle
- commitment to ethical behavior and integrity
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma required for internal promotion
- working toward AA or BA/BS degree preferred
- AA degree acceptable for external recruits
- BA/BS in Business or related field preferred
- minimum 1+ years experience as an Associate Manager and/or 2 years as a First Assistant Manager for internal promotion
- minimum 3 years managing a service concept with full P&L responsibility for external recruit
- must be 100% certified in all workstations
- completion of Restaurant Manager training classes required
- ServSafe certification mandatory
- excellent interpersonal skills
- strong analytical and organizational abilities
- good command of English language
- proficient with personal computers and related software
- valid driver's license and insurance
- ability to use personal vehicle for bank deposits and travel to other locations
