Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Recruit, select, train, develop, and evaluate restaurant employees
  • Monitor staffing levels to ensure sufficient development and talent
  • Ensure training systems for workstations are implemented and followed
  • Identify and develop internal candidates for management and team leader positions
  • Execute "My Promise to You" and the Service Profit Chain
  • Create an employee-friendly, fun, clean, and safe environment
  • Motivate and inspire employees to achieve high performance
  • Treat employees with respect and dignity
  • Recognize and reward employees regularly
  • Utilize Jack in the Box systems, processes, and tools
  • Comply with all state and federal labor laws and regulations
  • Manage daily activities to achieve operational excellence
  • Ensure proper training and hold team accountable for guest service and food quality
  • Review and modify practices to improve the guest experience
  • Maintain visibility and interaction with guests
  • Respond timely and professionally to guest concerns and complaints
  • Ensure team understands and operates all systems correctly
  • Maintain cleanliness, maintenance, and excellent service
  • Serve as a role model for guest service
