Job Requirements

  • Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
  • at least 2 years of management experience in a full-service restaurant
  • ability to stand, sit, squat or walk for extended periods
  • ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • dependable and motivated with a strong work ethic
  • legal authorization to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience as a restaurant manager in a full-service dining and bar environment
  • proven track record of success and career advancement in previous roles
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
  • knowledge of restaurant operations and compliance standards

Job Duties

  • Manage day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure high-quality guest experiences
  • lead, motivate and develop restaurant staff to achieve performance goals
  • maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
  • oversee inventory control and ordering procedures
  • manage budgetary controls and financial performance including labor costs
  • resolve guest concerns promptly and effectively
  • implement company policies and procedures consistently
