Job Requirements
- 2+ years of successful restaurant management experience
- Ability and willingness to work 50 hours a week (five 10-hour shifts)
- Ability and willingness to work holidays and weekends as needed
- A caring attitude with a dedication to hospitality
- Valid driver’s license
- Must be fluent in English
- Bilingual candidate preferred
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of successful restaurant management experience
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work extended hours including weekends and holidays
- Valid driver’s license
- Fluency in English
- Bilingual skills preferred
Job Duties
- Lead and manage daily restaurant operations including front-of-house and back-of-house responsibilities
- Drive excellent guest experiences through effective team leadership and hospitality
- Recruit, train, and develop restaurant staff to ensure high performance
- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
- Manage scheduling and labor costs to meet business objectives
- Monitor inventory and order supplies as necessary
- Resolve guest issues and employee conflicts with professionalism and care
