Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of successful restaurant management experience
  • Ability and willingness to work 50 hours a week (five 10-hour shifts)
  • Ability and willingness to work holidays and weekends as needed
  • A caring attitude with a dedication to hospitality
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Must be fluent in English
  • Bilingual candidate preferred

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of successful restaurant management experience
  • Proven leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work extended hours including weekends and holidays
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Fluency in English
  • Bilingual skills preferred

Job Duties

  • Lead and manage daily restaurant operations including front-of-house and back-of-house responsibilities
  • Drive excellent guest experiences through effective team leadership and hospitality
  • Recruit, train, and develop restaurant staff to ensure high performance
  • Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
  • Manage scheduling and labor costs to meet business objectives
  • Monitor inventory and order supplies as necessary
  • Resolve guest issues and employee conflicts with professionalism and care
