Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in the casual restaurant industry
  • High school diploma preferred
  • Proficiency in POS systems
  • Current alcohol and food certifications required
  • Ability to verbally communicate in Spanish with the crew
  • Availability to work evenings, holidays, weekends
  • Ability to withstand physical demands of a restaurant environment

Job Qualifications

  • A minimum of 1 year’s experience in the Casual Restaurant industry is required
  • Proficiency in POS systems
  • Current alcohol and food certifications that meet state requirements are required
  • Ability to verbally communicate in Spanish with the crew
  • Availability to work within open hours (e.g. evenings, holidays, weekends)
  • Strong knowledge of team leadership and positive conflict resolution
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to withstand the physical demands a restaurant environment holds

Job Duties

  • We’re looking for a dynamic Manager to lead dining room operations and deliver outstanding guest experiences
  • In this role, you’ll guide the team, oversee service flow, and partner with the kitchen to ensure timely, high-quality food and hospitality
