Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year experience in the casual restaurant industry
- High school diploma preferred
- Proficiency in POS systems
- Current alcohol and food certifications required
- Ability to verbally communicate in Spanish with the crew
- Availability to work evenings, holidays, weekends
- Ability to withstand physical demands of a restaurant environment
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 1 year’s experience in the Casual Restaurant industry is required
- Proficiency in POS systems
- Current alcohol and food certifications that meet state requirements are required
- Ability to verbally communicate in Spanish with the crew
- Availability to work within open hours (e.g. evenings, holidays, weekends)
- Strong knowledge of team leadership and positive conflict resolution
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Able to withstand the physical demands a restaurant environment holds
Job Duties
- We’re looking for a dynamic Manager to lead dining room operations and deliver outstanding guest experiences
- In this role, you’ll guide the team, oversee service flow, and partner with the kitchen to ensure timely, high-quality food and hospitality
