Job Requirements
- High school diploma/ged
- 2+ years of full service restaurant management experience in a complex and fast paced environment
- Successfully completed food safety/sanitation training
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Valid ServSafe alcohol certification
- Legally required certification prior to beginning work

- Ability to build relationships at all levels
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Ability to manage changing priorities
Job Duties
- Manage performance of hourly employees with emphasis on front of house
- Assist general manager with operations and company policy compliance
- Oversee vendor and supplier relationships ensuring needs are met
- Support training and development of restaurant employees
- Handle general business administration including payroll and financial reporting
- Promote the business, build sales, and increase profits
- Ensure guest satisfaction and uphold brand integrity
