Job Requirements

  • High school diploma/ged
  • 2+ years of full service restaurant management experience in a complex and fast paced environment
  • Successfully completed food safety/sanitation training
  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Valid ServSafe alcohol certification
  • Legally required certification prior to beginning work

  • Basic knowledge in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • General knowledge in full service restaurant operations

  • Intermediate mathematical computation skills
  • Ability to communicate clearly orally and in writing
  • Ability to build relationships at all levels
  • Ability to handle confidential information
  • Ability to manage changing priorities

Job Duties

  • Manage performance of hourly employees with emphasis on front of house
  • Assist general manager with operations and company policy compliance
  • Oversee vendor and supplier relationships ensuring needs are met
  • Support training and development of restaurant employees
  • Handle general business administration including payroll and financial reporting
  • Promote the business, build sales, and increase profits
  • Ensure guest satisfaction and uphold brand integrity
