Job Requirements

high school diploma or GED
2 plus years of full service restaurant management experience in a complex and fast paced environment
successfully completed food safety and sanitation training
must be 21 years of age or older
valid ServSafe alcohol certification prior to beginning work
legally required certifications to be eligible to work
ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

ability to build relationships at all levels
ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
ability to manage changing priorities
