Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Associates degree in Business Administration or Hospitality preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of restaurant work experience for external candidates
  • Successful background and drug screening
  • Ability to adapt quickly and solve problems efficiently
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Functional knowledge of restaurant operations and financial controls
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Customer service orientation

Job Qualifications

  • Associates degree in Business Administration or Hospitality preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a restaurant environment for external candidates
  • Demonstrated career progression and verifiable results
  • Good record of achievement and knowledge of brand standards for internal candidates
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and exercise sound judgment
  • Functional understanding of profit and loss statements and cost controls
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Basic computer skills with Excel preferred
  • Ability to speak, write, and comprehend English in a business setting

Job Duties

  • Assist the management team in staffing and daily restaurant operations
  • Supervise and direct hourly team members to ensure guest satisfaction and quality standards
  • Participate in recruitment, hiring, orientation, and training of new employees
  • Evaluate employee performance and recommend wage increases
  • Initiate disciplinary actions when necessary
  • Maintain restaurant equipment and coordinate repairs
  • Perform administrative tasks including payroll, inventory ordering, audits, and financial deposits
  • Investigate and resolve guest complaints
  • Attend company meetings and training sessions
  • Support local marketing activities to promote the restaurant
  • Ensure compliance with accounting procedures
  • Perform other duties as assigned
