Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Associates degree in Business Administration or Hospitality preferred
- Minimum 2 years of restaurant work experience for external candidates
- Successful background and drug screening
- Ability to adapt quickly and solve problems efficiently
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Functional knowledge of restaurant operations and financial controls
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Customer service orientation
- Ability to deal with diverse personalities
- Basic computer skills
- Comfortable using Excel
Job Qualifications
- Associates degree in Business Administration or Hospitality preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a restaurant environment for external candidates
- Demonstrated career progression and verifiable results
- Good record of achievement and knowledge of brand standards for internal candidates
- Ability to prioritize tasks and exercise sound judgment
- Functional understanding of profit and loss statements and cost controls
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Basic computer skills with Excel preferred
- Ability to speak, write, and comprehend English in a business setting
Job Duties
- Assist the management team in staffing and daily restaurant operations
- Supervise and direct hourly team members to ensure guest satisfaction and quality standards
- Participate in recruitment, hiring, orientation, and training of new employees
- Evaluate employee performance and recommend wage increases
- Initiate disciplinary actions when necessary
- Maintain restaurant equipment and coordinate repairs
- Perform administrative tasks including payroll, inventory ordering, audits, and financial deposits
- Investigate and resolve guest complaints
- Attend company meetings and training sessions
- Support local marketing activities to promote the restaurant
- Ensure compliance with accounting procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned
