Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in restaurant management or similar role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Ability to use point of sale (POS) systems
- Physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift and carry weights up to 25 lbs
Job Qualifications
- Must have the ability to work well with diverse groups of people
- Have good organization and planning skills
- Knowledge of food safety best practices
- Knowledge of budgeting food cost and sales
- Basic knowledge of personal computer and related software applications
- Must be a self-starter who takes initiative and accepts responsibility
- Physically must be able to stand and walk 90-95% of shift
- Lift and carry 15-25 lbs
Job Duties
- Demonstrate a passion for the business
- Serve as a strong role model who motivate and inspire employees
- Demonstrate a strong awareness and concern for food quality and safety
- Are able to adjust to multiple demands and shifting priorities
- Listen to and take customers orders
- Operate a cash register
- Read video monitors
