Job Requirements
- high school diploma or GED
- minimum 2 years of restaurant management experience in a fast paced environment
- must have completed food safety and sanitation training
- must be 21 years of age or older
- valid ServSafe alcohol certification required
- ability to manage multiple priorities and lead a team
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- knowledge of cash handling and inventory control procedures
- commitment to upholding company standards and policies
