Job Requirements

high school diploma or GED
minimum 2 years of restaurant management experience in a fast paced environment
must have completed food safety and sanitation training
must be 21 years of age or older
valid ServSafe alcohol certification required
ability to manage multiple priorities and lead a team
excellent communication and interpersonal skills
ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
knowledge of cash handling and inventory control procedures
commitment to upholding company standards and policies

Job Qualifications

2+ years of full service restaurant management experience in a complex and fast paced environment
successfully completed food safety and sanitation training
must be 21 years of age or older
basic knowledge in Microsoft Word and Excel
general knowledge in full service restaurant operations and hospitality industry
strong organization and planning skills
strong operational skills in a customer service and hospitality environment
strong coaching skills
intermediate mathematical computation skills
ability to communicate clearly and concisely both orally and in writing
ability to build relationships at all levels
ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
ability to manage changing priorities
