Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or GED
  • minimum 2 years of restaurant management experience in a fast paced environment
  • must have completed food safety and sanitation training
  • must be 21 years of age or older
  • valid ServSafe alcohol certification required
  • ability to manage multiple priorities and lead a team
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • knowledge of cash handling and inventory control procedures
  • commitment to upholding company standards and policies

Job Qualifications

  • 2+ years of full service restaurant management experience in a complex and fast paced environment
  • successfully completed food safety and sanitation training

  • basic knowledge in Microsoft Word and Excel
