Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a restaurant manager or in a similar role preferably in a high-volume dining establishment
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with customers staff and vendors
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other computer skills necessary for reporting and analysis
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays
- Knowledge of restaurant management software and POS systems is a plus
- Certification in food safety and sanitation practices is preferred

Job Duties
- Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant including managing staff monitoring inventory ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations maintaining cleanliness standards
- Recruit train and supervise restaurant staff schedule shifts and manage payroll to ensure adequate staffing levels during peak hours
- Ensure excellent customer service handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally build strong relationships with customers
- Monitor restaurant finances including budgeting and cost control track expenses manage vendor relationships optimize profitability
- Maintain high standards of food quality preparation and presentation conduct regular inspections of kitchen and dining areas to ensure cleanliness and adherence to sanitation standards
- Prepare reports on key performance metrics such as sales and labor costs utilize Excel proficiency to analyze data and make data-driven decisions to improve restaurant performance
