Job Requirements

  • minimum of two years experience in management
  • preferred minimum age of 21
  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • possess basic math skills
  • knowledge of local store marketing techniques and sales building
  • proven track record of cost control
  • strong management and communication skills
  • ability to read profit and loss statements
  • dependable and hardworking
  • ability to work 50 hours a week under pressure
  • valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
  • meet background verification
  • eligibility to work in the US

Job Duties

  • ensures customers are served correct, complete orders within service time goals
  • prepares and ensures all colleagues prepare consistent, high-quality products
  • achieves standards for a clean and organized restaurant and colleague image
  • recruits, hires, trains and evaluates colleagues
  • develops a productive team through effective communication and supervision
  • ensures a compliant, safe, secure, and discrimination-free work environment
  • completes all paperwork associated with daily, weekly, and periodic activities
  • performs labor scheduling, food ordering, and product projections
  • manages financial responsibilities and cost control
  • implements local store marketing events and promotions to increase sales
