Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior leadership experience
- Minimum of 2 years in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant environment preferred
- Ability to work various shifts including weekends
- Physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Compliance with OSHA, health and safety regulations
- Ability to interact effectively with guests and team members
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects
- Must follow all applicable age requirements for alcohol serving where relevant
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Supervise staff according to company policies and laws
- Recruit, interview, and train employees
- Assign and direct work
- Appraise performance
- Reward and discipline employees
- Address complaints and resolve problems
- Coach and mentor team members for success and guest satisfaction
- Model professional behavior and create a hospitable atmosphere
- Assist team members with job duties as needed
- Build store sales by executing marketing programs
- Champion sales building activities and suggestive selling
- Maximize table turnover, sales per guest, and sales per hour
- Meet and greet guests
- Resolve food quality and service issues with 100% guest satisfaction
- Maintain efficient operations with cost control and profit management
- Ensure OSHA, local health and safety codes, and company policies are met
- Enforce safe work behaviors
- Monitor food quality and cleanliness standards
- Control daily operations including cash control, financial reports, and schedules
- Manage food costs through recipe adherence, portion control, and inventory management
- Monitor labor costs using labor scheduling tools
- Perform all other duties as assigned
