Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in fast food or quick-service restaurant management
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Valid food handler’s certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
- Committed to maintaining a safe and clean work environment
Job Qualifications
- Experience in restaurant or retail management
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Knowledge of food safety procedures and compliance
- Ability to analyze financial reports and operational data
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional guest service
- Familiarity with labor laws and regulations
- Proficient in using management information systems
Job Duties
- Recruit, select, train, develop, and evaluate restaurant employees
- Monitor staffing levels to ensure sufficient development and talent
- Ensure systems for training employees on workstations are implemented and adhered to
- Identify and develop internal candidates for management and team leader positions
- Create a restaurant environment that is employee friendly, fun, clean, and safe
- Motivate and inspire employees to achieve high performance
- Treat all employees with respect and dignity
- Recognize and reward employees regularly
- Manage daily activities to achieve excellence in restaurant operational performance
- Ensure proper training and hold team accountable for delivering excellent guest service and food quality
- Respond to guest concerns and complaints timely and professionally
- Maintain brand image of cleanliness, maintenance, and excellent service
- Utilize management information tools to analyze operational and financial performance
- Identify trends and implement action plans for improvement
- Focus on increasing restaurant sales and profitability
- Monitor costs and adherence to budget and restaurant goals
