Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in fast food or quick-service restaurant management
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Valid food handler’s certification or willingness to obtain
  • Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
  • Committed to maintaining a safe and clean work environment

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in restaurant or retail management
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills
  • Knowledge of food safety procedures and compliance
  • Ability to analyze financial reports and operational data
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proficient in using management information systems

Job Duties

  • Recruit, select, train, develop, and evaluate restaurant employees
  • Monitor staffing levels to ensure sufficient development and talent
  • Ensure systems for training employees on workstations are implemented and adhered to
  • Identify and develop internal candidates for management and team leader positions
  • Create a restaurant environment that is employee friendly, fun, clean, and safe
  • Motivate and inspire employees to achieve high performance
  • Treat all employees with respect and dignity
  • Recognize and reward employees regularly
  • Manage daily activities to achieve excellence in restaurant operational performance
  • Ensure proper training and hold team accountable for delivering excellent guest service and food quality
  • Respond to guest concerns and complaints timely and professionally
  • Maintain brand image of cleanliness, maintenance, and excellent service
  • Utilize management information tools to analyze operational and financial performance
  • Identify trends and implement action plans for improvement
  • Focus on increasing restaurant sales and profitability
  • Monitor costs and adherence to budget and restaurant goals
