Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior management experience preferred
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- excellent communication skills
- flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- ability to stand for extended periods
- capable of operating within a team
- pass a thorough background check as required
- legal authorization to work in the United States

Job Duties
- Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy environment by following and enforcing safety, food safety, and sanitation requirements and complying with all applicable laws
- ensure brand standards, recipes and systems are prepared and executed correctly and consistently
- create and maintain a guest-focused culture in the restaurant
- recruit, hire, onboard and develop restaurant team members
- coach restaurant team members to drive sales, improve profitability and guest satisfaction
- review guest feedback results and implement action plans to drive improvement
- execute new product rollouts including training, marketing and sampling
- control costs to help maximize profitability
- completion of regular restaurant inventory and financial reporting
- completion of weekly schedule ensuring all shifts are staffed to meet guest demand and service standards
- completion of vendor orders
- conduct self-assessments and corresponding action plans
- ensure restaurant budget is met as determined by franchisee
- communicates restaurant priorities, goals and results to restaurant team members
- able to perform all responsibilities of restaurant team members
- lead team meetings
- deliver training to restaurant team members
- plan, monitor, appraise and review employee performance
