Job Requirements
- At least two years of successful restaurant management experience
- Ability and willingness to work 50 hours a week including five 10-hour shifts
- Ability and willingness to work holidays and weekends
- A caring attitude with dedication to hospitality
- Valid driver’s license
- Must be fluent in English
Job Qualifications
- Two or more years of successful restaurant management experience
- Experience leading both front-of-house and back-of-house teams
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
- Familiarity with health and safety standards in a restaurant environment
- Proficient in English
- Valid driver’s license
Job Duties
- Manage all restaurant operations including front-of-house and back-of-house duties
- Lead and develop the restaurant team to deliver excellent guest and employee experiences
- Ensure adherence to company policies, standards, and health and safety regulations
- Drive business results through efficient resource management and operational excellence
- Maintain high standards of hospitality and guest satisfaction
- Support and implement training programs for staff development
- Collaborate with home office support for continuous operational improvements
