Job Requirements

  • At least two years of successful restaurant management experience
  • Ability and willingness to work 50 hours a week including five 10-hour shifts
  • Ability and willingness to work holidays and weekends
  • A caring attitude with dedication to hospitality
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Must be fluent in English

Job Qualifications

  • Two or more years of successful restaurant management experience
  • Experience leading both front-of-house and back-of-house teams
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure
  • Familiarity with health and safety standards in a restaurant environment
  • Proficient in English
  • Valid driver’s license

Job Duties

  • Manage all restaurant operations including front-of-house and back-of-house duties
  • Lead and develop the restaurant team to deliver excellent guest and employee experiences
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, standards, and health and safety regulations
  • Drive business results through efficient resource management and operational excellence
  • Maintain high standards of hospitality and guest satisfaction
  • Support and implement training programs for staff development
  • Collaborate with home office support for continuous operational improvements
