Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Supervise staff according to company policies and applicable laws
- recruit, interview, and train employees
- assign and direct work
- appraise performance
- reward and discipline employees
- address complaints and resolve problems
- coach and mentor team members
- create a warm, friendly, and hospitable atmosphere
- assist team members with job duties as needed
- assist with building store sales and executing marketing programs
- champion sales building activities and suggestive selling
- maximize table turnover, sales per guest, and sales per hour
- greet guests and resolve food quality/service issues with 100% guest satisfaction
- maintain efficient operations, cost controls, and profit management
- ensure OSHA, local health and safety codes, and company safety policies are met
- enforce safe work behaviors
- monitor food quality and cleanliness standards
- control day-to-day operations including cash control and reviewing financial reports
- control food costs through recipes, portion control, and inventory management
- control labor costs by monitoring schedules and sales performance
- perform other duties as assigned
