Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- 2-5 years successful restaurant management experience
- at least 1 year Cracker Barrel management experience
- ability to work 50 hours per week including weekends and holidays
- valid driver’s license
- ability to lead and motivate a team
- strong problem-solving skills
