Job Requirements

  • At least two years of experience as a manager in a full-service restaurant including dining and bar
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Dependable and motivated with a strong work ethic
  • Ability to stand, sit, squat or walk for extended periods
  • Ability to grasp, reach overhead, push, lift and carry up to 50 pounds

Job Qualifications

  • At least two years of management experience in a full-service restaurant including dining plus bar
  • Proven track record of success with demonstrated career growth
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to motivate and lead a diverse team
  • Knowledge of restaurant operations and hospitality industry standards
  • Capable of handling physical demands of the role such as standing and lifting
  • Dependable and self-motivated work ethic

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure excellent guest experiences
  • Manage, train, and motivate restaurant staff including dining and bar teams
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, and safety
  • Coordinate schedules and labor costs to optimize efficiency
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally
  • Support career development and training initiatives for team members
  • Monitor inventory, order supplies, and manage waste control
