Job Requirements
- At least two years of experience as a manager in a full-service restaurant including dining and bar
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Dependable and motivated with a strong work ethic
- Ability to stand, sit, squat or walk for extended periods
- Ability to grasp, reach overhead, push, lift and carry up to 50 pounds

- At least two years of management experience in a full-service restaurant including dining plus bar
- Proven track record of success with demonstrated career growth
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to motivate and lead a diverse team
- Knowledge of restaurant operations and hospitality industry standards
- Capable of handling physical demands of the role such as standing and lifting
- Dependable and self-motivated work ethic
Job Duties
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure excellent guest experiences
- Manage, train, and motivate restaurant staff including dining and bar teams
- Maintain high standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, and safety
- Coordinate schedules and labor costs to optimize efficiency
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally
- Support career development and training initiatives for team members
- Monitor inventory, order supplies, and manage waste control
