Job Requirements

  • ability to work a 50-hour work schedule
  • availability to operate restaurant on any shifts
  • willingness to hire, train and develop staff
  • commitment to uphold Wendy's standards and values
  • excellent leadership and organizational skills
  • ability to work a scheduled 5 day/10 hour shift work week or more
  • valid work authorization

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in restaurant management preferred
  • leadership and team management skills
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to motivate and train staff
  • knowledge of food safety standards
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • provide team with skill, leadership, training and motivation to run the restaurant
  • ensure customer satisfaction using Wendy's standards and procedures
  • ensure restaurant profitability
  • hire, train and develop staff to operate the restaurant efficiently
  • operate restaurant on any shift as needed
  • manage a scheduled work week of five days with 10-hour shifts or more
  • enforce Wendy's procedures, standards and values
