Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years management experience in a restaurant or related industry
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Commitment to upholding company values and standards
- Ability to lead a team and manage operational demands
- Knowledge of safety and sanitation regulations
Job Qualifications
- Previous management experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to motivate and develop team members
- Knowledge of restaurant operations and safety protocols
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities
- Customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent, with higher education preferred
Job Duties
- Lead the restaurant team with a focus on service excellence
- Manage daily restaurant operations efficiently
- Develop and train staff through ongoing coaching and feedback
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards including current COVID-19 protocols
- Balance scheduling to maintain quality of life with no more than 50 work hours per week
- Foster a positive work culture that values teamwork and employee development
- Represent Olive Garden’s values in the local community through active engagement and support
