Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years management experience in a restaurant or related industry
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
  • Commitment to upholding company values and standards
  • Ability to lead a team and manage operational demands
  • Knowledge of safety and sanitation regulations

Job Qualifications

  • Previous management experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to motivate and develop team members
  • Knowledge of restaurant operations and safety protocols
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with higher education preferred

Job Duties

  • Lead the restaurant team with a focus on service excellence
  • Manage daily restaurant operations efficiently
  • Develop and train staff through ongoing coaching and feedback
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards including current COVID-19 protocols
  • Balance scheduling to maintain quality of life with no more than 50 work hours per week
  • Foster a positive work culture that values teamwork and employee development
  • Represent Olive Garden’s values in the local community through active engagement and support
