Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior leadership experience

Job Duties

  • Supervise staff according to company policies and legal regulations
  • Recruit, interview, and train employees
  • Assign and direct work tasks
  • Appraise employee performance and administer rewards and disciplinary actions
  • Address complaints and resolve operational problems
  • Coach and mentor team members to ensure success and guest satisfaction
  • Model professional behavior and foster a hospitable environment
