Job Duties
- Supervise staff according to company policies and legal regulations
- Recruit, interview, and train employees
- Assign and direct work tasks
- Appraise employee performance and administer rewards and disciplinary actions
- Address complaints and resolve operational problems
- Coach and mentor team members to ensure success and guest satisfaction
- Model professional behavior and foster a hospitable environment
- Assist team members with job duties as needed
- Execute corporate and local marketing programs
- Promote sales building and suggestive selling
- Maximize table turnover and sales metrics
- Greet guests and resolve food quality and service issues
- Maintain operational efficiency, cost controls, and profit management
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, health, safety, and security policies

- Monitor food quality and cleanliness standards
- Manage cash control and financial reporting
- Control food and labor costs through inventory and scheduling
