Job Duties
- Manage restaurant operations including staffing scheduling and inventory control
- Analyze and manage profit and loss statements to ensure financial targets are met
- Train develop and motivate team members to deliver excellent customer service
- Ensure compliance with health safety and food quality standards
- Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to coordinate efficient service
- Handle customer concerns and resolve issues professionally
- Participate in recruiting hiring and onboarding new team members
