Job Duties

  • Manage restaurant operations including staffing scheduling and inventory control
  • Analyze and manage profit and loss statements to ensure financial targets are met
  • Train develop and motivate team members to deliver excellent customer service
  • Ensure compliance with health safety and food quality standards
  • Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to coordinate efficient service
  • Handle customer concerns and resolve issues professionally
  • Participate in recruiting hiring and onboarding new team members
