Job Duties

  • Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, ensuring efficient workflows, and maintaining high standards of service
  • Lead, train, and inspire a team of dedicated employees, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize sales and revenue, while ensuring cost control and profitability
  • Maintain a strong focus on customer service, anticipating needs, and resolving any issues that may arise to ensure a WOW experience
  • Monitor and maintain compliance with health and safety regulations, food quality standards, and sanitation practices
