Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within the restaurant industry
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand and move for extended periods
- Must be able to pass background check and drug screening
- Familiarity with basic computer skills

Job Duties
- Manage labor costs by evaluating labor needs against projected sales during shifts
- Review monthly budget and profit and loss statements
- Promote customer satisfaction to build sales
- Monitor crew prep, production, and procedures execution to manage costs
- Track waste levels and crew position procedures
- Communicate sales and profit issues to General Manager or District Manager
- Assist in executing restaurant sales and profits plan
- Monitor product quality by engaging with customers and providing feedback to crew
- Take service times to evaluate efficiency
- Train crew in customer service, courtesy, and prompt response
- Take corrective actions to improve service times
- Solicit customer feedback for satisfaction assessment
- Establish daily service goals
- Train crew to maintain cleanliness and follow cleaning plans
- Direct crew to address cleaning deficiencies
- Train crew on new products, orientation, and position skills
- Cross-train crew for coverage during shifts
- Recognize high-performing crew
- Monitor inventory and product availability
- Conduct physical inventory
- Intake weekly food deliveries
- Maintain security of cash, products, and equipment
- Follow restaurant priorities and plans
- Ensure execution of standards and procedures
- Manage shifts maintaining quality service at 80 percent or better
- Take appropriate action to address anticipated or identified problems
- Follow company policies including cash control and safety
- Report accidents and resolve operational issues
- Complete administrative duties and crew scheduling
- Follow preventative maintenance and train crew on equipment maintenance
