Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior leadership experience
- 2 years of experience in a family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant preferred
- legal age to serve alcohol where applicable
- ability to stand and walk long periods
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- ability to bend, stoop, reach and use hands effectively
- ability to taste and smell
- verbal communication skills
- good vision including color and depth perception
- ability to access all restaurant areas
- able to work flexible shifts including weekends
Job Qualifications

- prior experience in a leadership role
- minimum 2 years experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant preferred
- college or culinary schooling preferred

Job Duties
- Supervise staff and daily operations according to company policies and laws
- recruit, interview, and train employees
- assign and direct work
- appraise performance
- reward and discipline employees
- address complaints and resolve problems
- coach and mentor team members
- model professional behavior and create a hospitable environment
- assist team members with duties as needed
- build store sales and execute marketing programs
- champion sales activities and suggestive selling
- maximize table turnover and sales per guest and hour
- greet guests and address food quality and service issues
- maintain efficient operations and cost control
- ensure compliance with OSHA and health and safety codes
- enforce safe work behaviors
- monitor food quality and cleanliness standards
- control cash, financial reports, and schedules
- manage food costs via recipes, portion control, and inventory
- manage labor costs using scheduling tools
- perform other duties as assigned
