Job Duties
- Lead and inspire the service and culinary teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Set clear expectations and maintain open communication with team members

- Oversee daily restaurant operations including staff management and inventory control
- Drive restaurant performance and ensure adherence to brand standards
- Develop and mentor team members to foster a performance-driven culture
- Manage scheduling to balance operational needs and team member well-being
