Job Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license
  • ability to work 50 hours per week including weekends and holidays
  • strong leadership and management skills
  • experience in managing full restaurant operations
  • ability to train and motivate staff
  • exceptional guest service orientation

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
  • 2-5+ years of successful restaurant management experience
  • at least 1 year of Cracker Barrel management experience preferred
  • strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • excellent communication abilities
  • ability to work under pressure
  • knowledge of restaurant operations and hospitality standards

Job Duties

  • Oversee front and back-of-house operations
  • coach and develop team members
  • manage inventory and supply orders
  • ensure guest satisfaction through exceptional service
  • maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
  • lead by example in delivering country hospitality
  • handle scheduling and labor cost management
