Job Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- ability to work 50 hours per week including weekends and holidays
- strong leadership and management skills
- experience in managing full restaurant operations
- ability to train and motivate staff
- exceptional guest service orientation
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
- 2-5+ years of successful restaurant management experience
- at least 1 year of Cracker Barrel management experience preferred
- strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- excellent communication abilities
- ability to work under pressure
- knowledge of restaurant operations and hospitality standards
Job Duties
- Oversee front and back-of-house operations
- coach and develop team members
- manage inventory and supply orders
- ensure guest satisfaction through exceptional service
- maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
- lead by example in delivering country hospitality
- handle scheduling and labor cost management
