Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior leadership experience
- minimum 2 years experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant
- availability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- ability to stand and walk for long periods
- ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- ability to use hands and finger objects and controls
- ability to bend, stoop, taste, smell, and communicate effectively
- ability to see clearly with close, distance, color, peripheral vision, and depth perception
- ability to access all restaurant areas
- comply with state age requirements for alcohol service
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior leadership experience required
- minimum of 2 years in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant preferred
- college and/or culinary schooling preferred

Job Duties
- Supervise restaurant operations in accordance with company policies and applicable laws
- recruit, interview, and train employees
- assign and direct work
- appraise performance
- reward and discipline employees
- address complaints and resolve problems
- coach and mentor team members to ensure success and guest satisfaction
- model professional behavior to create a warm and hospitable atmosphere
- assist team members with category duties as needed
- build store sales through execution of marketing programs
- champion sales building activities and suggestive selling
- maximize table turnover, sales per guest, and sales per hour
- meet and greet guests, investigate and resolve food quality and service issues
- maintain efficient operations, cost controls, and profit management
- ensure compliance with OSHA, health and safety codes, and company policies
- enforce safe work behaviors
- monitor daily activities for food quality and cleanliness
- manage daily operations including cash control and financial reviews
- control food and labor costs by following recipes, portion control, inventory management, and labor scheduling
- perform all other duties as assigned
