Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 2 years management experience in restaurant, hospitality or retail
  • Food Safety Manager certification
  • ability to lift trays and supplies up to 50 lbs
  • able to stand and walk for extended shifts of 11-12 hours
  • able to work day/night shifts and weekends
  • strong communication skills in English
  • basic math proficiency
  • reliable transportation
  • willingness to work 50-55 hours per week including holidays
  • ability to operate point-of-sale systems
  • compliance with health and safety regulations
  • ability to work in confined spaces and tolerate temperature changes
  • ability to travel occasionally
  • licensed driver with no restrictions

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in restaurant, hospitality, or retail management
  • Food Safety Manager certification required
  • strong organizational skills

Job Duties

  • Supervise and lead a team of 15-20 crew members
  • ensure guest satisfaction by prioritizing "Guests First" principles
  • coach employees on addressing guest complaints promptly
  • manage shift operations to meet quality and service standards
  • maintain staffing levels and schedule shifts
  • oversee restaurant sanitation and safety standards
  • assist with financial management including profit and loss analysis
  • support local marketing and sales initiatives to drive growth
  • monitor security procedures to protect guests and assets
  • maintain compliance with company policies and legal regulations
  • resolve operational and team issues promptly
  • create and foster a culture of teamwork within the restaurant
