Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years management experience in restaurant, hospitality, or retail
- Food Safety Manager certification
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Basic math skills
- Ability to handle high-stress situations
- Willingness to work long and flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Able to bend, stoop, reach, and grasp
- Good hearing in loud environments
- Ability to operate point-of-sale systems
- Ability to tolerate extreme temperature changes
- Must comply with local health regulations
- Licensed driver with reliable transportation
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years experience in restaurant, hospitality, or retail management
- Food Safety Manager certification required
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to communicate effectively in English both orally and in writing
- Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- Respect for diversity and ability to work in a team environment
- Proven problem-solving skills and ability to manage high stress situations
- Ability to interpret financial statements and operating reports
- Must be able to perform job duties of every position within the restaurant
- Willingness to work 50-55 hours per week including weekends, holidays, and evenings
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
- Ability to identify opportunities for improvement and implement corrective steps
- Licensed to operate an automobile without operation hour restrictions
- Reliable transportation to fulfill banking and operational obligations
Job Duties
- Supervise a team of 15 to 20 crew members
- Ensure proper execution of restaurant operations during assigned shifts
- Provide guests with a great dining experience by upholding service and quality standards
- Support the General Manager with employee selection and retention
- Work with peers and supervisors to continuously improve operations
- Understand and manage profit and loss statements and operational costs
- Maintain proper staffing levels and schedules
- Monitor adherence to food preparation, handling, and sanitation standards
- Assist in passing health inspections and brand protection reviews
- Ensure security procedures protect guests, employees, and assets
- Resolve customer complaints and employee relations issues promptly
- Drive sales and guest count through marketing support and suggestive selling
- Create a respectful and harassment-free work environment
- Enforce compliance with company policies and legal regulations
