Job Requirements
- must be 18 years or older
- previous general manager experience
- ability to lead and motivate a team

Job Qualifications
- previous experience as a general manager in high-volume locations
- experience in quick service restaurants preferred
- experience in hospitality or retail applicable

Job Duties
- run a profitable restaurant
- ensure the restaurant meets McDonald’s standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
- work with leadership to set goals and develop plans
- lead and coach Department Managers to improve their departments
- hire and develop Department and Shift Managers
- monitor restaurant performance and implement corrective actions
- foster a positive and productive work environment
