Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a restaurant environment
- Experience in supervising and training staff
- Excellent communication skills
- Computer knowledge
- Ability to work any area of the restaurant
- Ability to bend, stand and walk throughout the workday
- Ability to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 30 pounds occasionally
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a restaurant environment
- Experience supervising and training staff
- Excellent communication skills
- Computer literacy including operation of Point of Sale systems
- Knowledge of local and national health and food safety codes
- Ability to work collaboratively as a team player
Job Duties
- Providing an excellent guest experience
- Ensuring that great food is prepared and served
- Keeping the restaurant functional, clean and beautiful
- Managing inventory and money control systems
- Coordinating local marketing initiatives and community outreach
- Recruiting and rewarding outstanding staff
- Maintaining standards of restaurant safety and security

- Supporting local and national marketing campaigns
