Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of successful restaurant management experience
  • Ability and willingness to work 50 hours a week (five 10-hour shifts)
  • Ability and willingness to work holidays and weekends as needed
  • A caring attitude with a dedication to hospitality
  • Valid driver's license
  • Must be fluent in English

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of successful restaurant management experience
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work flexible hours including holidays and weekends
  • Passionate about hospitality and guest service
  • Valid driver's license
  • Fluent in English

Job Duties

  • Manage daily restaurant operations including front- and back-of-house responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards
  • Oversee staffing, scheduling, and training of employees
  • Drive business performance and achieve sales goals
  • Maintain inventory and control costs
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve guest concerns
