Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in restaurant management preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays
- Strong organizational skills
- Valid food handler certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods

- Basic computer proficiency

Job Duties
- Recruits selects trains develops and evaluates restaurant employees
- Monitors staffing levels to ensure sufficient development and talent
- Ensures systems for training employees on workstations are fully implemented and adhered to
- Identifies and develops internal candidates for management and Team Leader positions
- Works with restaurant management team to execute Service Profit Chain and Brand Promise
- Creates an employee-friendly fun clean and safe work environment
- Motivates and inspires employees to achieve high performance
- Treats employees with respect and dignity and recognizes rewards them
- Utilizes JIB systems processes and tools and complies with labor laws
- Manages daily activities to achieve operational excellence
- Ensures proper training and accountability for excellent guest service and food quality
- Reviews and modifies practices to improve guest experience
- Maintains visibility and interaction with guests
- Responds to guest concerns and complaints timely and professionally
- Ensures management and crew operate all systems correctly
- Maintains brand image of restaurant cleanliness maintenance and service
- Serves as a role model for excellent guest service
- Analyzes operational and financial performance using management tools
- Identifies trends and implements action plans for improvement
- Consults with regional and CSC resources as needed
- Focuses on increasing sales and profitability by executing Service Profit Chain
- Considers cost-benefit impact of financial decisions and protects the brand
- Monitors costs adherence to budget and restaurant goals
