Job Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of hotel or upscale restaurant leadership experience
- Prior department head experience required
- Experience in a high-volume elevated dining concept non-casual chain background preferred
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations including wine beer and spirits
- Proven leadership ability with a track record of building and motivating successful teams
- Financial acumen with demonstrated ability to improve profitability
- Exceptional communication organizational and administrative skills
- Proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office word and excel
- Entrepreneurial mindset with high energy and strong service orientation
- Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Oversee daily restaurant operations including dining room bar lounge in-room dining coffee service and special events
- Lead coach and develop service teams to deliver warm attentive and polished hospitality
- Partner with food and beverage leadership and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Drive guest satisfaction through service standards training initiatives and quality control
- Manage financial performance including budgeting cost controls labor management and revenue optimization
- Plan and execute special events seasonal promotions and unique dining experiences
- Maintain compliance with health safety and operational standards
- Foster a positive inclusive and professional workplace culture
