Job Requirements
- availability to work at a minimum of three DMV locations
- willingness to participate in a 10-week hands-on management training program
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to work flexible schedules including nights weekends and holidays
- strong organizational and time management skills
- physical ability to perform restaurant duties
Job Qualifications
- minimum of 3 years experience managing in a high volume full service casual dining environment
- proven leadership skills
- ability to coach mentor and train staff
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- capability to manage multiple locations
- enthusiasm for the restaurant and hospitality industry
