Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2-5 years of restaurant management experience
- At least 1 year of experience managing at Cracker Barrel
- Ability to work five 10-hour shifts per week including weekends and holidays
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to lead a diverse team
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Commitment to excellent guest service

- Proven leadership skills with a people-first approach
- Ability to manage both front and back restaurant operations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Capability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver’s license
Job Duties
- Lead front-of-house and back-of-house operations to ensure excellent guest experience
- Coach, develop, and inspire team members to uphold company standards
- Manage inventory, scheduling, and operational compliance
- Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment
- Handle financial performance and cost control
- Stay calm and lead the team effectively during busy shifts
- Foster a culture of strong hospitality and teamwork
