Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2-5 years of restaurant management experience
  • At least 1 year of experience managing at Cracker Barrel
  • Ability to work five 10-hour shifts per week including weekends and holidays
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to lead a diverse team
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Commitment to excellent guest service

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2-5 years of successful restaurant management experience
  • At least 1 year of management experience at Cracker Barrel
  • Proven leadership skills with a people-first approach
  • Ability to manage both front and back restaurant operations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Capability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Valid driver’s license

Job Duties

  • Lead front-of-house and back-of-house operations to ensure excellent guest experience
  • Coach, develop, and inspire team members to uphold company standards
  • Manage inventory, scheduling, and operational compliance
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment
  • Handle financial performance and cost control
  • Stay calm and lead the team effectively during busy shifts
  • Foster a culture of strong hospitality and teamwork
