Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of successful restaurant management experience
  • ability and willingness to work 50 hours a week including five 10-hour shifts
  • ability and willingness to work holidays and weekends as needed
  • a caring attitude with a dedication to hospitality
  • valid driver’s license
  • must be fluent in English

  • ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently

  • proficiency in scheduling and labor management
  • experience with inventory control

Job Duties

  • Manage front- and back-of-house restaurant operations
  • lead and support team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • ensure compliance with company policies and health standards
  • oversee scheduling and labor management
  • handle inventory and supply ordering
  • train and develop staff
  • resolve guest complaints and issues
