Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in restaurant or hospitality management
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to maintain composure and exercise discretion under pressure
  • Familiarity with local, state and federal laws governing food establishment operations
  • Physical capability to perform job duties such as standing for extended periods
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country

  • Ability to analyze financial reports and support operational improvements

Job Duties

  • Support General Manager in developing restaurant operating plans that achieve business growth and guest satisfaction
  • Work closely with General Manager to plan schedules and analyze staffing needs
  • Ensure menu items are prepared and served according to Brand Standards
  • Maintain proper inventory levels using correct ordering procedures
  • Direct operational execution of guest service ensuring a clean and pleasant environment
  • Maintain compliance with local, state, and federal laws and regulations
  • Manage preventive maintenance, safety, sanitation and food safety standards adherence
