Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in restaurant or hospitality management
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Ability to maintain composure and exercise discretion under pressure
- Familiarity with local, state and federal laws governing food establishment operations
- Physical capability to perform job duties such as standing for extended periods
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country

Job Duties
- Support General Manager in developing restaurant operating plans that achieve business growth and guest satisfaction
- Work closely with General Manager to plan schedules and analyze staffing needs
- Ensure menu items are prepared and served according to Brand Standards
- Maintain proper inventory levels using correct ordering procedures
- Direct operational execution of guest service ensuring a clean and pleasant environment
- Maintain compliance with local, state, and federal laws and regulations
- Manage preventive maintenance, safety, sanitation and food safety standards adherence
