Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2-5+ years of restaurant management experience
- Minimum 1 year of Cracker Barrel restaurant experience
- Ability to work 50 hours per week including weekends and holidays
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to manage stressful situations effectively

- Minimum 1 year of experience with Cracker Barrel preferred
- Proven leadership skills in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Strong ability to manage and motivate teams
- Experience with inventory management and cost control
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Valid driver’s license
Job Duties
- Oversee front-of-house and back-of-house restaurant operations
- Coach and develop team members to enhance performance and guest experience
- Manage inventory and supply ordering to maintain stock levels
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
- Lead and support staff during busy shifts to maintain high service levels
- Balance labor costs while optimizing operational efficiency
- Implement company policies and initiatives to drive guest satisfaction and achieve financial goals
