Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2-5+ years of restaurant management experience
  • Minimum 1 year of Cracker Barrel restaurant experience
  • Ability to work 50 hours per week including weekends and holidays
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to manage stressful situations effectively

Job Qualifications

  • 2-5+ years of successful restaurant management experience
  • Minimum 1 year of experience with Cracker Barrel preferred
  • Proven leadership skills in a fast-paced restaurant environment
  • Strong ability to manage and motivate teams
  • Experience with inventory management and cost control
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Valid driver’s license

Job Duties

  • Oversee front-of-house and back-of-house restaurant operations
  • Coach and develop team members to enhance performance and guest experience
  • Manage inventory and supply ordering to maintain stock levels
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
  • Lead and support staff during busy shifts to maintain high service levels
  • Balance labor costs while optimizing operational efficiency
  • Implement company policies and initiatives to drive guest satisfaction and achieve financial goals
