Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior restaurant management experience
- Availability to work 50 hours per week including weekends and holidays
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong leadership capabilities
- Ability to manage both front and back of house operations
- Commitment to providing superior guest experiences
Job Qualifications
- Minimum 2-5 years of restaurant management experience
- At least 1 year of experience with Cracker Barrel
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Ability to manage full restaurant operations
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain composure
- Valid driver’s license
Job Duties
- Oversee front-of-house and back-of-house operations
- Coach and develop restaurant team members
- Manage inventory and control costs
- Maintain high standards of guest service and cleanliness
- Ensure compliance with company policies and health regulations
- Lead and support the team during busy shifts
- Implement training and development programs for staff
