Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years of restaurant management experience
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings weekends and holidays
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Valid food handler certification or willingness to obtain
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform restaurant duties
  • Excellent customer service orientation
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively

  • Proven experience as a restaurant manager or in a similar hospitality role
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Ability to manage budgets and control costs
  • Experience with employee hiring and training processes
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Familiarity with inventory management
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and service standards

Job Duties

  • Manage hourly employees including conducting performance evaluations coaching and discipline
  • Review applications interview and recommend hires for hourly employees
  • Direct work for employees including setting hours weekly schedules and assigning tasks before during and after open hours
  • Drive sales steps of service and guest satisfaction
  • Provide direct and schedule Front of House and Back of House training
  • Supervise and oversee food production and preparation consistent with established recipes and procedures
  • Conduct formal line taste and temperature checks
  • Enforce security measures to maintain employee and guest safety
  • Manage food supplies and liquor costs through weekly inventory
  • Understand manage and practice safe food handling procedures
  • Create a safe fun and clean work environment consistent with core values and operational goals
