Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years experience in restaurant, hospitality, or retail management
- Food safety manager certification required
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Basic math skills
- Proven problem-solving ability
- Ability to interpret financial statements
- Willingness to work 50-55 hour work week with occasional additional days
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation

Job Duties
- Make sure all employees put guests first to ensure respectful and enjoyable environment, satisfied guests, and repeat business
- Coach employees on addressing guest complaints promptly
- Emphasize the importance of following the guests first cycle
- Role model the manager on the floor and at the door philosophy
- Work with General Manager to attract, hire, develop, coach, and retain hourly employees
- Promote and maintain a harassment free environment
- Assist with recruiting and selecting
- Use corporate training programs, development plans, and work assignments to develop employees' knowledge and skills
- Provide coaching and feedback
- Direct shift operations to ensure standards are met to optimize guest experience
- Maintain proper staffing levels and schedules
- Monitor guests first cycle to maintain timeliness of service
- Oversee restaurant sanitation and ensure health inspections are passed
- Ensure food preparation, handling, and storage standards are followed
- Enforce sanitary practices for cleanliness and maintenance
- Assist in interpreting financial reports and developing solutions for performance gaps
- Manage budgets
- Drive sales, guest count, and profit by supporting local marketing and suggestive selling
- Monitor security procedures to protect guests, employees, and assets
- Ensure proper cash handling, discounts, and inventory procedures
- Maintain compliance with policies and regulations
- Address and resolve problems promptly
- Create a culture of teamwork
- Perform other duties as needed or assigned
