Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • at least 2 years of restaurant management experience
  • food handlers certification
  • alcoholic beverage servers certification
  • ability to lead a team effectively
  • strong communication and organizational skills
  • availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • At least 2 to 3 years of recent management experience in a high-volume full-service restaurant with a scratch kitchen
  • food handlers certification
  • alcoholic beverage servers certification
  • strong sense of urgency and ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
