Job Requirements
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to interact positively and professionally with guests and coworkers
- Willingness to learn all areas of restaurant operations and work multiple stations
- Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and carry products or boxes up to 60 pounds
- Consistently able to stand, kneel, stoop, and perform physical tasks related to restaurant operations
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in restaurant management or a related field
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of safety and sanitation regulations
- Experience in training and coaching team members
- Strong organizational skills
Job Duties
- Oversee guest services and resolve issues
- Food order and chicken order management
- Training and coaching team members
- Running daily shifts effectively
- Forecasting and managing crew schedules
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations
- Supervise product production
- Unload and stock inventory items
- Ensure prompt and regular attendance on shifts
- Promote the culture of High Noon Popeyes with integrity and honesty
