Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in restaurant management
- Knowledge of kitchen operations
- Ability to lead and motivate a team

- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends

Job Duties
- Manage restaurant back of house and kitchen teams
- Support assistant manager roles and duties
- Lead kitchen operations ensuring food quality and safety
- Implement training and development programs for kitchen staff
- Collaborate with front of house management for seamless service
- Maintain inventory and control costs
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
